By public transportation: Etihad Arena is easily accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be the Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop, which is located approximately 800 meters away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Arena. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.

Tickets: Bring your entry tickets, either in print or digital form on your phone, for a smooth entry experience.

Valid Photo ID: Carry a valid photo ID like your passport for identity verification.

Cash and Card: Have some cash for small purchases; many vendors also accept cards.

This event has no age restrictions. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket if they sit on a parent's or guardian's lap. However, all other guests must have a valid ticket. Additionally, guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.

- Etihad Arena is a contactless venue, and there are no ATMs inside the arena

- Customers must keep their e-tickets at all times and produced upon request by the Arena staff.
